Hello, I have downloaded the game and installed it correctly, but I do not have access to much data to be able to edit the game, the database is not complete and many things cannot be modified from the database, I have seen that there is a paid version but my question is.

Is that version more complete for editing drops?
By paying, do I have lifetime access, WITHOUT UPDATES, like in Sunrise?
Do they give me access to the core?
Is the database complete?
What is the safest way to buy it?
