Hello everyone,

I have installed my own private (not a public) L2J Mobius Interlude sandbox server, and currently trying to add geodata to it. I'm new to L2 servers setup, so I apologize if my questions are too basic.

I’ve read this Geodata section of the forum and understand that geodata is not officially supported by this community.
I checked https://l2jmobius.org/forum/index.php?topic=3816.0 topic, contacted the aden-territory seller, but the price is too high for my personal sandbox project.
I also reviewed the algorithm provided here https://l2jmobius.org/forum/index.php?topic=2296.0 for building geodata by myself, but that feels like too much effort for my needs. I don’t have the time or desire to build geodata from scratch.

So my question is: are there any existing geodata solutions that can be used in a more or less plug-and-play manner? I believe there are many L2 Interlude private servers that already run with deployed geodata, so I was hoping there might be an existing solution available for reuse. And I’m fine with paying a reasonable price.

Also, after some internet research, I found that there are different types of geodata files (l2j, l2d, ...) and also pathnode files. What type of files L2JMobius Interlude (L2J_Mobius_CT_0_Interlude project) supports?

  • Try it, you only learn by trying and failing.
Answering your question: L2J
You can find free geodata on other forums or l2JFree datapacks; obviously, these need some adjustments. Geodata is a time-consuming process, so prices are reasonable.
