Lineage 2 High Five Project

Who am I?
Jun1oru, or Andrei, whichever you prefer. I am 21 years old from Romania and I love programming and computers, my life is built around them, but as any computer guy I love games. And guess what, one of the games that I love to play happens to be Lineage 2.
While I don't have direct experience running a Lineage 2 server, I've managed and developed servers for other games such as SA:MP, Minecraft, CS 1.6.
Over the years, I've learned how to organize teams, plan projects, and see ideas through to comletion.

What do I want?
I'm looking to build a team to develop and manage a Lineage 2 High Five server. A long-term project focused on quality, stability, and a great player experience.

Why would this project work?
It might seem like "just another High Five server", but I believe we can make something trully different. Here's how:
Quality and originality! We'll focus on delivering quality over quantity. The goal isn't to copy what's already out there, but to bring fresh ideas and refined gameplay to the Lineage 2 experience. I already have a number of unique concepts for how the server will look and feel. If you are curious, feel free to DM me for details.
Community-oriented! Rather than chasing inflated player counts, our focus will be on building a real community, a server where interaction, cooperation and social dynamics are part of the fun. The idea is to make every player feel like they're part of something alive and evolving.
Long-term commitment! Once the server launches, there will be no wipes. Simple as that. We'll create systems that help new players join and progress without erasing the hard work of our existing community. Everyone's effort deserves to be respected and that's why we're building for the long run, not short-term hype.

Isn't this what every new server promises?

Why would you join me?
Experience! I already have the resources, the knowledge, and a clear plan for how this project will take shape, but what truly matters here is the experience we'll build together.
