Do you also experience an issue with geo where, after killing mobs for a long time, the terrain becomes increasingly impassable, and the character stops in one place despite there being free space? I had a similar situation during a siege, for example in Oren, where I killed a lot of guards at the gate, and after that, people couldn’t pass as if the guards were still standing there. Does geo have some sort of cache?

If the guards were still standing there has nothing to do with GeoEngine.
It is most likely related to the client.

Siege is just an example, but it happens often, e.g., in Pavel Ruins or the Plain of Lizardmen. After playing for 2 hours, the character's movement gets worse and worse, as if the geo gets broken by killing mobs.

I can be, but probably not GeoEngine related.
More likely how server manages positioning.

I repeated this situation as shown in the video, it seems to me that the problem is in the client, since after the relog everything became normal.

This is client's creature collision enabled, back in C6 it was even enabled on players. Yet noticed that even on the latest chronicles some creatures has still collision while some not.
