Interlude Quests issues "Unknown NPC bypass"

I am new to this so bear with me...

Similar to https://l2jmobius.org/forum/index.php?topic=14970.msg62198#msg62198 I have issues with the NPC's and from what was discussed there I couldn't figure out how to fix the problem. Some quests work partially, and some don't start at all. If there is any way to get any more information on the problem I would need guidance finding it as I have no idea where to look.

How recent is the latest update? I downloaded everything as shown on the youtube video. There are several quests...

This is just to name a few. Some of them you can start at the beginning but stops working halfway and some you can't even start. From what I've noticed you can start the quest for fishing shot from other NPC's, the one in Giran does not cooperate, maybe some of the others as well and it might be the same with the ones in the catacombs, some work some don't

Bypasses seem correct to me.

To make it simple.
Delete the project, checkout again.

Alright, everything works, for now... still curious why it was not working....
