[Revision 4629] When dressing some items this error occurs, for example Tallum Blade*Damascus: "SkillData: No skill info found for skill id 3552 and skill level 1" and "Inventory.ItemSkillsListener.Weapon: Incorrect skill: [SkillId: 3552 Level: 1]".

Press ALT+G with GM character and search for the missing skill. What does its description say?

Not a bug. Those duals are not available in-game in Saviors for normal users, so you shouldnt even have them 

That missing skill is the pvp damage SA bonus. Special Abilities do not exist in Classic either.
