Classic Interlude Russian system \ Localization

Hi guys! is it possible to make or to get System folder with 110 protocol with russian localization?

You can do it by using Crusade / Zaken client data.

We only support English language.

i have RU zaken 110 System folder.... i take from it all files like *****-RU.dat, file localization.ini, but after all this manipulation clien is still in English.... Is there any tutorial how to do localization right, or maybe l2.exe have some configuration about language?
