No respawns (NPC, MOBS)

Have install L2J_Mobius_10.1_MasterClass, run it, but can't understand why no one npc was spawned

1. Use bug report maybe?
2. You can specify, when you make the thread, which project you use
3. Anything on gameserver related to spawns? You can post the log as a file too
4.  Please check the file General.ini for this

I've reinstall server, install ReturnOfTheQueenAnt and all npc spawns correctly
