C6 Adapt faction system from HighFive

TODO: Adapt faction system (Good vs Evil) from HighFive.

Configs can be found at config\Custom\FactionSystem.ini

Caution:
-Characters SQL table has changed.
-There are three new custom NPCs.

-No need to press Ctrl to attack opposing faction players.
-Faction Guards (501, 502) aggro opposing faction players.
-Cannot use /unstuck or SoE items before chosing a faction.
