The Kamael NPC Dimensional Merchant missing html

When u talk with NPC Dimensional Merchant near warehouse u got missing html, but when u click in right bottom UI icon "Dimensional Merchant" then html open normal, it looks like need to somehow apply this html open to the NPC too.
