C6 HTMLs, Multisell and .Java for Q648_AnIceMerchantsDream

Hi, all my problems with this quest:

Mobs dont drop quest items.
Dont have multisell.
Error in some htmls.

So i adapt it from RUSacis to Mobius .java and copy some HTMLs
I only create the xml in multisell

-Map additions should be static so they initialize once.
-partyMember needs to be checked if it is null.
-Script names may change, do not use strings, instead use Q115_TheOtherSideOfTruth.class.getSimpleName() or getName() for same quest.
