Hi,
seems I can't modify any active skill parameter except for cooldown that I set on "Character.ini".
I'd like to add Sayha's skill but in game I see only passive skills (I added active skill on "skill" and "item" files).
I'd like to know how to change even skill description and every parameter to update something like range, duration, etc. Everything I modify on skill is not affecting game now.
