I noticed that not all bosses and monsters are in spawn. Do you need to manually spawn the missing monsters or what? For example, there is no RB monster Ketra"s Hero Hekaton 80lvl

this is the problem, the structure of classic is different and this table is not in classic, as I understand all spawn comes from xml and not from sql.
