Classic Interlude YANBuffer adapted to L2JMobius

Hello, everybody!
Not sure if it would be useful or if it were ever asked by someone, but here it is.

I adapted YANBuffer firstly written for L2j server to an L2J Mobius classic interlude.
I think it also can be adapted to other chronicles easily.

I added only one Config parameter to adjust buffs duration without changing skill data.
Also, some class and DB table/column names changed to make them more readable.

All the author's copyrights kept.

Features:

• Flexible buff cost configuration.
• Support for enchanted skills.
• Support for duplicate skills with different enchant routes.
• Support for buff categories.
• Support for voiced command and NPC.
• Support to open the voiced buffer with item.
• Support for multiple buffer NPCs with different buff categories.
• Support for player unique bufflists(create from current buffs and manually).
• Support to heal and cancel buffs.
• Support to buff/heal/cancel your current companion(pet & servitor).
• Support for community board and npc window.
• Custom template engine to generate htmls.
• Support for preset bufflists. Players can use this if they don't want to create a unique bufflist.

Sorry guys for being absent.
It should work with some other L2JMobius chronicles, but if it's not, it's just a mechanical work for a few hours with no requirements for strong programming skiils
