Tested on classic 2.4 (Secret of Empire), credits to my buddy Xanhast for the fix.
This patch fixes a bunch of low level quests where the wrong sound is played when a new quest item is acquired.
Q10996 reward was also fixed (it gave a ring instead of an earring).
