C6 Collision height and radius on female characters

Hello,

I noticed that weapons in female dwarfs are larger than they should. I found out that it's due to the wrong collision height and radius. Turns out that female characters have different values.

Here is a hard-coded patch that fixes the problem on female dwarves.
