Proper fix for Tempfix for 1 HP/MP/CP after deleveling. https://l2jmobius.org/forum/index.php?topic=5258

The idea is to use HP/MP/CP per level, same as other braches.

Using HP/MP/CP tables from aCis I created this patch.

It seems to be working. I have tried it on my local server. I will also test it online where there are a few beta testers. I just hope that it won't modify the player's stats at level 80, because I have modified the stats of each class  ;D

It just keeps fixed values for base HP/MP/CP for each level, instead of calculating it each time.

One problem that I found is that after removing a passive skill from a character, the HP remains the same. It wasn't like this before the patch.

False alarm. The stats change, it just takes a few seconds.

I did some tets. Stats seem to be the same as before this patch.
I think it is good to commit.
