Well, as the title says, checking the core I found that the code of an anti buff skill is loaded, it helps a lot when having a low / mid / high server. For clear reasons. So what I did was put the missing data in the system and obviously the skill stat.
skillname-e.dat
8000 1 a,AntiBuff Shield\0 a,Defleat all extern buff's. Not consumes MP.\0 a,none\0 a,none\0
skillgrp.dat
8000 1 3 1 -1 0 0.00000000 0 icon.skill0142 0 0 0 0 -1 -1
stat skill
<?xml version='1.0' encoding='utf-8'?>
<list>
<skill id="8000" levels="1" name="AntiBuff Shield" >
<set name="target" val="TARGET_SELF"/>
<set name="skillType" val="CONT"/>
<set name="operateType" val="OP_TOGGLE"/>
<for>
<effect count="0x7fffffff" name="DeflectBuff" time="3" val="0">
</effect>
</for>
</skill>
</list>
sql navicat
INSERT INTO `skill_trees` VALUES ('0', '8000', '1', 'Anti Buff', '0', '1');
INSERT INTO `skill_trees` VALUES ('10', '8000', '1', 'Anti Buff', '0', '1');
INSERT INTO `skill_trees` VALUES ('18', '8000', '1', 'Anti Buff', '0', '1');

INSERT INTO `skill_trees` VALUES ('38', '8000', '1', 'Anti Buff', '0', '1');
