On my free time I'm working on something I want to share with you once its ready.
It is based on my panel for http://eternalwars.eu and http://noobwars.eu and is fully functional

The New Mobius ACPanel (Admin and Player)

The main idea is to make your player feel comfortable with your site.

1. Shop Like L2store with mail system directly to player (thank custom_mail for that)
2. Auction house (needs some tests and fixes to avoid scammers/hackers)
3. Paypal donation system ( without IPN or in need for Merchant account) with report to your email after a successful donation.
4. Automatic enchant system with your player's enchantable items
5. Full Fafurion icons (don't ask)
6. Streamers corner
7. Player stats , items, skills panel
8. Sql inject protection and all known hacks.

and many many more

And download Visual Studio Code (not the visual studio, only the VS Code), add laravel extension and what you think is needed.

I can help you config and run Laravel if you want, I did a L2J web panel and L2J Platform two years ago in Laravel, he is so nice!

Laravel is a PHP framework, I've used the v5.4 and v5.6, but his docs are great and I can learn fast the news  to help you;

Use Laravel + Blade template (from Laravel), It is just a suggestion, I think this will make the dev more easy and code less for you
