I am returning to L2j after 7 years break, as I've worked with L2OFF for last two years. Lots of experience gained but I believe that L2j is far widier customizable and more flexible, we just need to source L2OFF main DLLs to know exact values for some game components and then L2j will be accurate as L2OFF
