Guardians Help! with .xdat files

Hello ppl, i'd like to know where i can find an Xdat Editor or update my own outdated version or if there is any other software that processes .xdat files.

I'm leaving this here since i'm still learning, plus i am new in development. Any info or help is appreciated.
