Classic Interlude RaidBoss minion buffs affects players

There is na issue where minions of RaidBoss can give some buffs to Rb and other minions in radius. And if a player is near by this minion then player is given this buff as well. Some RB can buff 50% haste for example.
This patch will fix the issue and the buff will be given only to monsters.

I believe this patch is needed for other chronicles.
