C6 Cant start server

i have problem, ls ang gs exe doesn't open at all.

I followed the instructions, installed the necessary programs. The compilation of the project went without any problems. But the server cannot be started.

JAVA_HOME i change to  C:\Program Files\BellSoft\LibericaJDK-14
