These skills give extra crit damages but must give only crit rates and skill power

Can’t understand , if I change all setting and options of skills in xml, why + 15% of crit dmg isn’t bug , if when I deleted it - I have less dmg , same as Titan’s rage which gives 20% extra Patk in xml

It's not a bug because it's a simple fix that doesn't require any knowledge to be honest. Fix it and share the fix.
