Sorry for the dumb way to make it but it works :D
1. Remove old spawns : game\data\spawns\old\24_18
2. Replace folder Q10591_NobleMaterial at data\scripts\quests\
3. Add 34523.htm file to loc data\html\default\
4. Update Silenos NPCs at file data\stats\npcs\24500-24599.xml
5. Update Flame energy at data\stats\items\80800-80899.xml
6. Add file WarTornPlains.xml to loc data\spawns\Aden

Subscriber version does not have the silenos and graham in the script, others I did not check it.

the addition is good,, but are missing conditions, according to the patch note, depending to which profession you are, the quest need to send to the according zone, this way any class can go to both places

This is from offi. You are not teleported automatically but instead given a choice where to go. Only diff is it says recommended. I can work more to make it like this but it's a bit pointless imo.
