Title: "Legend" for all .dat files and their function

Hello Everyone! I have noticed that a lot of people (including my self) are constantly dealing with a well known issue and that's Client System Manipulation. So i have created this file that i hope it will help many people and find it useful.  Of course is incomplete because even my own knowledge is limited, I hope others that are more experts than me can fill in the blanks and re-uploaded on this post, so it will become more helpful!!!

(It will help if you paste it on a simple txt file cause pastbin has limit on how large are the lines)
