Title: No respawns (NPC, MOBS)

Have install L2J_Mobius_10.1_MasterClass, run it, but can't understand why no one npc was spawned :D

1. Use bug report maybe?
2. You can specify, when you make the thread, which project you use
3. Anything on gameserver related to spawns? You can post the log as a file too
4.  Please check the file General.ini for this

I've reinstall server, install ReturnOfTheQueenAnt and all npc spawns correctly
