Title: Clan Skills on Clan Members

I created a level 8 clan with full clan skills .

As a leader i have all the clan skills, but the clan members aquired only half of the clan skills.

Is this a bug?

Any suggestions to fix this?

Do you set the Rank's for your clan members ??
