Title: MySQL Error

Hello.
I created a server program according to the tutorial, but
When installing the database
"MySQL error: Could not connect to address = (host = localhost) (port = 3306) (type = master): socket cannot connect to host: localhost, port: 3306. Can assign the requested address No: No detailed information available "
I get the error. I can access MySQL from XAMPP and Navicat, but ... OS is Windows 10. XAMPP and Java are versions in the Tutorial. Do you know what the problem is?

Probably did something wrong during setup, wrong version, configs, unavailable port etc. If you still have the problem hit me up, I can help you through remote desktop or teamviewer. ;)
