Title: Can't invite in Command Channel

I create Clan 5 lvl and try create CC(Command Channel) with 2 party from my clan members, but when invite other party, got message: "No clans which declared clan war to you".

Any solution?

Could be some condition checking onEvent

"No clans which declared clan war to you" is not found anywhere.
