Two-handed Weapon Mastery skill (293) not applying bonus to two handed swords.

I fixed it by adding TwoHandedSwordBonus missing effect

Effect was incorrectly applying to light amor instead of heavy

Grand Melody of Spirit (11583) not working as intended.

Added effects to apply defence to all attributes

Properly formated my fixes in .diff, thanks for pointing that out!
