Hero Skills

New Hero skills have been added. Hero skills may be acquired through the Grand Olympiad Manager upon becoming a Hero; however, you cannot use a Hero skill when in subclass status.

The requirements for becoming a Hero from a Hero waiting state have been changed as follows.

Only a main class (not a subclass) can become a Hero.
Only a main class above level 75 can become a Hero.

Is custom , is not retail, is for who wanna use it, as I did it for me I thought is usefull for the ones want to use it.

Updated Diff with Custom Config plus player.java mantain checks if not in config.
