for two quests Q10270_BirthOfTheSeed and Q10272_LightFragment there is a moment when you need to talk to Soldier Ginby (npc 32566) to be teleported to the Secret Area (ai/areas/Gracia/Instances/SecretArea) but it is not happening in both cases.
