Title: item drop chance

I didn't change "Item Drop Rates" (1), but mobs drop items too often. Something like one item in 10-20 min (boots gloves body etc), 52-78lvl mobs
Must be: with items drop x1 items must drop very rare

This is fixed on subscriber version.
