I remember see this on H5 chronicle but dont remember the name, but this screen is your and you have the crystal just shift + click on the crystal and show the id npc

I saw the same type of post in another forum, in which I got the same response, if it is on your server locally, it is just a matter of pressing shift+click, to see the identity of the npc, quest, scripts, that way do some research, get to its origin, and try.

I remember seeing this type of crystal NPC in Kartia, Forest of Mirror.

Remember that this l2j server in the image has very modified content.
