Title: How to fix error create account

Hi guys!

i've downloaded a suorce from Free precompiled version (http://l2jmobius.org/forum/viewtopic.php?f=12&t=114)
server version:  L2J_Mobius_Underground_1786
I've created this server. But when I want to create a game account, it happened like this error

You can show how to fix the error!

Your ini contains
ServerAddr=127.0.0.1
and
ServerAddr=51.254.45.181
plus other diffrent stuf...

Use the client I shared.
