Title: How to add Buffer with packs of full buffs

Hello!
I have a very interesting question, I will be grateful for any information :)
I want to add an NPC with the ability to get a full set of buffs for a warrior, as well as for a Mage. How can I implement this? (Adding a new NPC is not a problem); also looked at the Community Board standard set of buffs, but I can't figure it out yet..

Adapt scheme buffer from H5, should be pretty much a copy paste with differences only on html (cause of the IL html size)
