Some notes.
- Use L2J-Mobius GPLv3 license. This project is maintained by me, not L2J-Server.
- Try not to use empty lines when not needed.
- Use Q10353_CertificationOfValue.class.getSimpleName() instead of string. To have a warning in case required quest is deleted.
- Use <html><body> instead of <html><head><body>.
- Put </body></html> alone at the last line of the html.
