Title: [Add] Spawnlist and some html's for npc's on Balthus Knight Baracks

This is for a balthus knight path Quest from official salvation server, for premium member's . but dont know if exist on Fafurion. if any one know, you can check and tell me.

Probably htmls need to be moved to Balthus Knight instance folder.
Spawns as well, moved to instance XML.

Noone shared script so far.
So I will commit as is.
