This video shows, on Soulhound, a problem that happens with all skills that has their reuse time lesser than their cast time or, in some cases, has short reuse times and bug like this on Autoplay: the caracter start to spam it and didn't autohunt. On the case of the video the skill are both that not buff the character but just "absorb souls".
IDK how it should work on the retail server, but the skills itself has Autouse=true by default on the current system folder, then I believe that should be some type of check on serverside to avoid this kind of behavior.
