Title: [Age of Magic] Level-up Reward Event

Simple level-up reward event for Age of Magic. Requirements:

1. Event should be running as long it's inside scripts\events\ folder.
2. Reward for each level should be defined as item id and amount. The delivery method can either be mail or just appear in inventory. No item-claim stuff.
3. There should be a list of levels and which rewards each level gives.
4. This event SHOULD NOT have any limitations (such as 1 per account, or 1st char in account stuff.)
