Classic Zaken Adventurer's Potion - Casting Spd. wrong abnormalType

Hi! First "bug" report!

We noticed that this item keeps overriding atk speed buffs, so...

The abnormalType for 'Adventurer's Potion - Casting Spd.' (55236) is set to ATTACK_TIME_DOWN instead of CASTING_TIME_DOWN. Just changing it to the latter fixed it, because obviously it stopped to be considered a atk speed buff.
