Title: Seven Signs doesn`t work

1. There are no priests on the map.

2. Spawned priests (dusk, dawm, mammon) wrote me that they don`t have a quest.

Mammon enabled in the NPC.ini file.

It should not work on Classic.
Siege system is Light vs Dark.

*Minzee works on implementing custom catacombs based on retail data.
