There is a problem with collecting experience from monsters.
When you kill a monster you don't gain experience.
I don't use an admin character.

Anyone else having the same problem?

From level 1 to level 85 I tested now.
Experience is only gained from quests.

In general, all the monsters of the quest Path Of Destiny. From level 1 to level 85. Probably the problem is not the monsters.

Did you check if monsters actually have exp sp set inside their xmls?
