Title: Nobless part 2

Some quest monsters on nobless part 2 do not respawn , as i see there is already topic about Quest monster Corpse of Angel (id : 31752)  , i also add another Quest "monster" : Cornerstone of Restraining ( id: 31748)

I don't know what revision you use but that was fixed here, and the reports are announced with the name of the original quest,
