So as isn't a "bug", someone can help me to fix this feature? because when players lvl up, clan doesn't receive clan reputation, with this you can't lvl your clan lvl. The only way is adquire some heros to lvl up until you can send war to others clans

Well it wouldn't technically be a fix, it's a new implementation. But yes, there are some implementations that need to be done over time.

I think Mobius is focusing on fixing all the problems on the current ones before thinking about implementing what's left. Which I think is fine.

You know if works in goddess packs? or if can i add academy in classic ( it doesnt exist ) but it work for momentary "fix"

Academy works in GoD packs.

You can't add Academy in classic because it won't even have client support.
