Implementation of a check when consuming an item which teaches a skill.
Age of Magic chronicle.
When consuming an item (for example: Dignity of Exalted lv1 which gives you an exalted skill) it should check if the character already has it.
If it has the skill already in his skill list - do not consume it.
Otherwise consume it and learn the skill.
Note.: Exalted book is just an example. This check should be applicable to any consumable item of my choice.
