Looking for L-Coin drop event or general implementation - up to you as long as it works and easy to reconfigure. Requirements:
1. Custom L-Coin drop amount by character level range. 3 level ranges should be defined. I.e.: 1-40, 41-75, 75-99
2. Premium accounts should get their own drop amount. Level ranges defined in step 1 should be applied to them as well.
3. L-Coins should drop from all monsters in the game (raid bosses including)
4. L-Coins should only drop by time intervals. Time interval should be same for normal and premium players. For example: each 20 seconds.
5. Implementation should be as simple as possible
