The Kamael Class master not work when set classChangeEnabled="true" already

I already do config in classmaster.xml

<classMaster classChangeEnabled="true" spawnClassMasters="true" showPopupWindow="true">Already check script in data\scripts\ai\others\ClassMaster and class master xsd

It still give me a default NPC dialog , I must manually spawn NPC when I set spawnclassmaster=true already

Anyone can help ? How to fix this problem

Fixed, after 100 times try to fix it i still got errror. I delete SQL and make a clear db_installer , it worked
