Crusader Castle Siege every day 9 o clock real time. Is it possible?

Can i set the castle siege to be scheduled every day at 9 o clock ?
In essence there are only 2 castles so can the one be at 9 and the other like 10 or 11 ?

I have changed the time and day from the SiegeSchedule.xml but when i restart it seems the date is unaffected. It is say in console that the siege is scheduled again Sunday.

Change it in sql. Use epoch date https://www.epochconverter.com
